What we build for freight

TMS and load-board integrations

Connect your TMS with load boards, ELD and tracking providers, accounting and customer systems, so loads, statuses and invoices stop being re-keyed by hand.

Carrier and shipper portals

Self-serve portals where shippers request quotes and track loads, and carriers onboard, upload documents and check payment status.

Tracking and visibility

Load status pages and alerts built on ELD and GPS data, with exceptions flagged to your team before a customer has to ask.

Document and billing automation

Extract data from rate confirmations, bills of lading and PODs, match it to loads and push it into billing, cutting the paperwork behind every invoice.

Driver apps

Mobile apps for load details, check calls, photos, signatures and document capture that sync when signal returns.

Why a freight operator builds better freight software

Most logistics software fails at the edges of the real workflow: the 2am exception, the missing POD, the carrier who will not use a portal. Sarca's development team works alongside its own dispatch and billing desks, so those edges are designed in from the first scope rather than discovered after launch.

Questions

Straight answers.

Which TMS platforms can you integrate with?

Integrations are built on the APIs, EDI and export formats a platform provides. Typical targets include McLeod, Trimble TMW, Turvo, Aljex and MercuryGate, load boards such as DAT and Truckstop, and ELD providers such as Samsara and Motive. Feasibility for a specific system is confirmed in the scoping call.

Do you build EDI integrations?

Yes. EDI connections are built and maintained for common freight transactions such as load tenders (204), shipment status updates (214) and freight invoices (210), with monitoring so a failed transaction is caught the same day.

Can Sarca run the operations as well as build the software?

Yes. Sarca's operations line staffs dispatch, track and trace, billing and carrier sales desks, so a single partner can build the tooling and run the desk that uses it.
