How a Sarca build works

1. Scope in a 30-minute call

We map what needs building, who will use it and what it has to connect to, then send a written scope with a timeline and either a fixed price or a team size.

2. Design before code

Clickable prototypes of the key screens are agreed with you before engineering starts, so the build answers the right question from the first week.

3. Build in weekly increments

Every week you see working software on a staging link rather than a status report, and priorities can change between weeks without renegotiating the project.

4. Launch and hand over

We deploy to cloud accounts you own, document the system, and hand over repositories, credentials and runbooks. Ongoing support is optional and month to month.

Two ways to engage

Fixed-scope build

Best for an MVP, a website or a defined feature set: one agreed scope, one timeline and one price, with weekly demos throughout.

Dedicated monthly team

Best for a product that keeps evolving: engineers, design and QA work only on your roadmap, and you scale the team up or down with 30 days' notice.

Questions

Straight answers.

How is software development with Sarca priced?

It depends on the engagement. A fixed-scope build is priced once the scope is agreed, so you know the total before work starts. A dedicated team is a flat monthly rate per person. Both are quoted in writing after a 30-minute scoping call.

Who owns the code?

You do. Code, designs, documentation and intellectual property are yours, and the work happens in repositories and cloud accounts you own, so there is nothing to transfer at the end and no dependency on Sarca to keep the product running.

Can you work with our existing team or codebase?

Yes. Sarca engineers can extend an existing product, work alongside your in-house developers in your repositories and tools, or take over a codebase from a previous vendor after an initial code review.

Can Sarca run operations and build software for the same company?

Yes. Sarca's operations line staffs freight and back-office desks, and its development line builds the software behind them, so one partner can build the tooling and run the desk that uses it.

Have something to build?

A 30-minute call with the engineer who would lead it. We scope it, estimate it, and send a written plan afterwards.
